Our world has become so loud and we are so used to it that we don’t notice it. The daily life, traffic and the excessive use of electronics on the one side and inner noises like comparison, obligations, and unhealthy life rhythms on the other side.
Always situations to solve, questions to answer, something to keep up with. Quite moments are rare and if they are possible, it’s a challenge to enjoy the silence.
This „Mystical Rebirth Retreat“ is an invitation to slow down. Your nervous system will settle, your energy recharge and your soul will rejoice.
You will meet the living silence through medicine walks in nature in the Montseny’s Natural Park.
The silence is not empty, it’s full of answers.
On the intense prayer days we will fast until the evening to be as empty as possible.
In the evening we will have a nourishing dinner.
The next day is filled with rest and a sharing circle.
On the medicine walk days we will be in total silence until the evening and on the rest of the days we invite you to: Less talking. Less doing. More listening.
If your life feels too fast, lout and full, you are unsure if you are on your divine path, then this retreat is the right spot for you to be.
The different cosmological energies will support you to rebirth yourself and Andreas and I are your doulas.

In einer Zeit des inneren zerrissen Seins warst du wie fester Boden unter meinen Füßen.
Still, zugewandt und immer ganz da. Durch deine Präsenz durfte ich langsamer werden, wieder atmen lernen und mich erinnern, dass ich getragen bin.
Mit deiner Klarheit, deiner Wärme und deiner tiefen Erfahrung hast du mich durch eine schwere Zeit begleitet – lenkend und vertrauend. Wie die Natur selbst hast du mir Raum gelassen, damit Heilung geschehen konnte, in ihrem eigenen Tempo.
Dafür danke ich dir von Herzen. Dein Wirken ist ehrlich und verlässlich, vertrauensvoll und an einigen Stellen herausfordernd ;o) und, ich konnte Immer spüren, dass dein Herz voller Liebe ist.

El Despertar en el Corazón del Montseny
Mi fin de semana de meditación fue, en esencia, un regreso al origen. Tuve la posibilidad de reconocerme a mí misma en un viaje profundamente transformador, rodeada por la fuerza de la naturaleza en pleno pulmón del Montseny. La belleza del acompañamiento de Bridget residió en su respeto absoluto por el silencio, creando un espacio donde el ser podía simplemente estar. Sin embargo, en los momentos exactos y cuando era realmente requerido, surgía la palabra justa, aportando la guía necesaria para integrar la experiencia. Fue allí, observando el fluir del río del Montseny, donde recibí la enseñanza más pura: la naturaleza en sí misma es el espejo de la Verdad Absoluta.
Como cierre de este viaje, la integración final junto al fuego fue la alquimia perfecta para continuar mis pasos en la vida.
